GLASSCO GROUP ACQUIRES ABHISHEK GLASS AND ENTERS A NEW SEGMENT FOR PHARMA & COSMETIC GLASS PACKAGING!!!

We are pleased to announce that we have just completed acquisition of ABHISHEK GLASS INTERNATIONAL in VAPI GUJRAT. ABHISHEK glass is primary into manufacturing of Droppers, Dental cartridges, Vials (Tubular vials) for Pharma packaging, (Screw thread vials) for diagnostic kits and (Sampler vials) for cosmetic industry, serving customers both in INDIA and Abroad.

This acquisition will help us in expanding the portfolio of our products and open a new vertical in diagnostic, cosmetic and packing industries. Glassco has been exporting to more than 85 countries worldwide and has been selling mainly laboratory glassware. In 2019 we started with disposable glassware in which we are manufacturing products like Disposable culture tubes, pasteur pipettes, chromatography and scintillating vials. Adding PHARMA PACKAGING to Glassco’s existing product portfolio opens up to anew market and especially Exports on a big scale where Glassco already is a strong Brand and has an existing pharmaceutical customer base. Glasssco’s presence is predominantly in the US and EU and now looking forward to catering the Pharmacy of the World in India. QR-coded Volumetric glass is already a front liner product for the company but now the intention is to take care of each drop..”from the making til the taking” ensuring full safety in glass. The product synergies of boththe companies will help us in covering a complete range of Lab- glassware portfolio products.
