Sustainable Development Goals/ESG Goals

Environmental Goals :

  • Resource conservation: We will reduce the energy consumption by a minimum 10% by December 2025.
  • Renewable energy adoption: We have an in-house solar plant, but we will add a 100 KW solar plant by December 2025.
  • Afforestation: By December 2025, we will plant a minimum of 1000 trees in and around the business operations’ cities.
  • Waste Reduction: We will reduce the waste and will make sure that 100% of the waste is recycled. We will implement the 100% reusing IT equipment policy by donating it to nearby schools and training institutes.
  • Water Stewardship: We will responsibly manage water use in our supply chain and will share inputs with the supply chain partner to implement the water-saving technologies and promote water conservation.

Social Goals :

  • Diversity and inclusion: We will improve diversity at all levels in the organization, with a focus on gender, race, and other demographics. We will improve the male-female ratio of employees by a minimum 20% by December 2024. We will encourage our supply chain partners to do the same.
  • Labor practices: We will ensure that fair labor practices, including fair wages, safe working conditions, and employees’ rights, are 100% implemented throughout our business operations. We will work to improve labor conditions in our supply chain, with a particular focus on fair wages, safe working conditions, and supplier responsibility. We will be conducting the supplier’s social assessment with regard to ESG aspects.
  • Community engagement: Through volunteerism and community development projects, we are committed to positively impacting the communities in which a company operates. We will execute a minimum 10 projects related to community engagements by December 2025.
  • Education Initiatives: We will spend an adequate budget to ensure that minimum 500 children are educated by March 2025. We will allocate a budget to improve 200 people’s digital literacy by March 2025.

Governance Goals:

  • Ethical leadership: We are committed to ethical decision-making, transparency, and integrity in corporate governance and will ensure that the same is implemented at all times.
  • Anti-corruption: We will have a policy of zero tolerance for the cases related to bribery or corruption. We will always work for preventing corruption, bribery, and unethical business practices.
  • Data privacy and security: We will ensure that requirements of ISO 27001 are implemented in our business operations. We are committed to protecting customers, employees, and other interested parties’ data, as well as ensuring data privacy and security.
  • Shareholder Engagement: We have actively engaged with shareholders on ESG-related matters and have held annual shareholder meetings where these topics are discussed.
  • Continuous Improvement: We are committed to ongoing ESG performance improvement through regular reviews and adjustments to goals and initiatives. We will ensure that every year there is a minimum 10% improvement in the overall ESG performance.
